The History of the Company

From humble beginnings to the present day....

 

After practicing as a trial attorney representing kids in New York Family Court for many years, I decided to head to culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education in the Chelsea area of New York City.  There I learned french technique and method from some of the best chefs in the country.  In 2010, I started my company in New York.  Many cakes and events later, I decided to move to Austin, Texas.  Attracted to the ever emerging and wildly creative food scene in Austin,  I am inspired by my new home, where innovation booms and I am surrounded by a serious love of all things culinary!
